All items are custom made within 10-14 business days from the day you order. We appreciate your understanding and patience for our fulfillment procedures. Customers can choose to have their order shipped directly to them via UPS with an additional $12 charge. Customers can Pick-up in store, during regular business hours (M-F 9am-5:30pm).
